The Wimmera Health Care Group is in process of creating a
‘Disability Action Plan’ and they need your input.

This plan will provide strategies to ensure that the Wimmera Health Care Group takes account of the needs of people with disabilities when planning and delivering services.  The Plan will strive to ensure that people with a disability have full access to our services, infrastructure and employment opportunities.  The Plan will also encourage full participation of inclusion for people with a disability.
