Guest speakers will be from other Consortia who have successfully implement LCP.

 

Part of the forum is to establish a special interest group for the Grampians region. The aims of the group can include:

Support to key workers by the establishment of a special interest group;

Develop a regional approach to the development of the pathway and “how it looks”;

Training can be run regionally and so is far more cost effective;

Work in the centre for Palliative Care and their special interest group;

Jointly apply for funding for implementation resources.
